Jayden Price secures roster spot with New Orleans Saints after league journey

Jayden Price earned a place on the New Orleans Saints' 53-man roster following the team's weekend cut deadline. The Mulvane High School product spent previous seasons in the Canadian Football League and the United Football League before receiving the promotion. Price, who played college football at North Dakota State, previously served on various practice squads during his professional transition. His former high school coach Dave Fennewald confirmed that the organization informed the defensive back of his roster status during the final evaluation period. Price is now positioned to make his NFL debut during the team's opening stretch. The Saints are scheduled to face the Detroit Lions on September 13.
