Jaylen Brown and Giannis Antetokounmpo return for homecoming games in January

Jaylen Brown and Giannis Antetokounmpo are set to play homecoming games in January as part of the 2026-27 NBA schedule released on August 13. Brown, who was traded from the Boston Celtics to the Philadelphia 76ers, will face his former team in Boston on January 21. Antetokounmpo, traded to the Miami Heat, will return to Milwaukee on January 28. The NBA season opens on October 20 and features a variety of televised matchups, including Christmas games and a special schedule for Election Day.
