Jaylen Brown named top trade target for San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs are exploring roster upgrades following their loss to the New York Knicks in the 2026 NBA Finals. According to Zach Buckley of Bleacher Report, Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown has emerged as a primary trade target for the Spurs. Discussions about Brown's potential availability have arisen, with the Spurs keen to utilize their draft assets and young talent to make a competitive offer. However, the situation remains uncertain, as the Celtics are likely to demand a substantial return for an All-NBA talent like Brown. While the Spurs might be interested, acquiring Brown appears unlikely given Boston's recent playoff success and potential reluctance to make significant roster changes.
