New York Yankees second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. exited Monday's game against the Detroit Tigers following a collision with outfielder Jasson Domínguez in the fourth inning. Chisholm attempted to catch a pop fly but suffered a blow to the face from Domínguez's glove.
