JBL discusses Royal Rumble date and two-night format

WWE Hall of Famer JBL shared insights about the 2027 Royal Rumble, set for February at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. He noted the event's potential scheduling change has benefited from WWE's partnership with ESPN to avoid NFL overlaps. JBL suggested the Royal Rumble might attract more interest by occurring over Pro Bowl Weekend. He also advocated for a two-night format for the event, arguing that separating the men's and women's matches would enhance viewing. Discussions surrounding the potential format change continue as WWE adapts its live event strategy.
