Still though, this is exciting matchmaking for Impact. Jeff has the cachet to make fans believe a title change is possible. Nemeth is currently in his second reign with the TNA World Championship. Hardy is a three-time TNA world champion with runs in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Given how many years Nemeth and Hardy have been in the business, it is surprising that they only wrestled one-on-one twice. Round one was Extreme Rules on WWE Raw in 2009. Hardy took the win in three minutes. The Swanton Bomb sealed the deal. Round two occurred in the Impact Zone in 2025.
