Jeremy Peña exits game after being hit by pitch on right hand

Houston Astros shortstop Jeremy Peña left Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Angels after being hit on his right hand by a 100 mph pitch from Walbert Ureña in the first inning. Peña was initially checked by a team trainer but played defense for the second and third innings before being replaced by Nick Allen.
