Jersey Mike's becomes new EFL Trophy sponsor in five-year deal

Jersey Mike's has been announced as the headline sponsor of the EFL Trophy, effective immediately and lasting until the end of the 2030-31 season. The American sub sandwich brand replaces the previous sponsor and becomes the fifth title sponsor in seven years. The EFL Trophy features clubs from League One and League Two, along with invited Premier League under-21 teams. The final for the current season is scheduled for April 11 at Wembley. EFL chief executive Trevor Birch emphasized the competition's importance for players and clubs alike.
