Ahead of the upcoming 2026 NFL season, the New York Jets have identified cornerback Nahshon Wright as their 'X-factor'. Signed this spring to fill the void left by Sauce Gardner's departure, Wright's presence is critical after the Jets failed to record an interception in the 2025 season. If Wright can replicate his 2025 performance in Chicago, where he earned Pro Bowl honors with five interceptions, the Jets could significantly bolster their defense under coach Aaron Glenn. With the team aiming for improved performance, Wright's role will be closely monitored throughout the season.
