Jets rank 11th in CBS Sports head coach-quarterback duo study

The New York Jets' head coach-quarterback pairing of Aaron Glenn and Geno Smith is ranked 11th out of 12 in a recent CBS Sports study. Smith's 2025 season was marked by a league-leading number of interceptions, leading to skepticism about his effectiveness as he approaches age 36. Critics have also raised concerns about Glenn following a coaching staff overhaul before his debut season. Despite these challenges, the Jets believe that improvements to the offensive line and skill positions could enhance their performance. The Jets aim to avoid finishing last in the AFC East and potentially contest for a higher standing against rivals like the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots.
