Jets show growing belief in Cade Klubnik as backup quarterback

Cade Klubnik is gaining recognition within the New York Jets after his performances in preseason action. In the opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Klubnik completed five of seven passes for 56 yards. He followed this with a performance leading the team in passing yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers, completing 10 of 14 passes for 75 yards while adding 16 rushing yards.
