Jett Lawrence leads Thunder Valley Moto 1 with Lucas Coenen in second

Jett Lawrence took first place in Moto 1 at Thunder Valley Motocross Park in Lakewood, Colorado, on June 13. He managed to overcome pressure from series rivals Hunter Lawrence and Haiden Deegan, finishing over five seconds ahead of Lucas Coenen, who placed second in his Pro Motocross debut. Deegan, who was in contention, crashed twice during the race, which ultimately impacted his final position of fourth. Hunter Lawrence also fell during the race, affecting his podium chances. Coenen's strong performance saw him climb from seventh at the start into a significant late challenge for the lead as the race unfolded.
