J.J. McCarthy faces challenges in Vikings' QB competition with Kyler Murray

Summary

As the preseason progresses, Bleacher Report ranked McCarthy at No. 889 among the top 1,000 NFL players, highlighting concerns about his performance. McCarthy had a difficult 2025 season, throwing more interceptions than touchdowns, which has led to warnings about his future in the league.
