Jo Adell allows home run off his head during Angels' loss to Rockies

Los Angeles Angels outfielder Jo Adell inadvertently allowed a home run in the fourth inning during Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies. While attempting to catch a drive from rookie TJ Rumfield, the ball bounced off Adell's glove and then hit his head, clearing the outfield wall. The Angels were trailing 8-2 at the time, marking another difficult night for the team. Adell's misplay drew comparisons to a notorious incident involving Jose Canseco, who similarly allowed a home run off his head many years ago.
