Joe Gibbs Racing achieved a historic milestone during NASCAR Cup Series qualifying at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on October 3, 2026. For the first time, the team will have all four of its cars starting in the top four positions, with Denny Hamlin earning the pole position, followed by Ty Gibbs, Christopher Bell, and Chase Briscoe. Hamlin, the winner of the last two Cup Series races at Las Vegas, is currently 26 points behind championship leader Kyle Larson as he seeks his first Cup championship in his 21st season. The South Point 400 race is scheduled for October 4.
