John Harbaugh adds five former Ravens players to New York Giants roster

New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh begins his first season with the franchise by incorporating five former Baltimore Ravens players onto his Week 1 roster. The group includes tight end Isaiah Likely, punter Jordan Stout, fullback Patrick Ricard, safety Ar'Darius Washington, and defensive tackle C.J. Okoye. The arrivals follow Harbaugh's departure from Baltimore after an 18-year tenure, during which he brought 10 additional coaches to the New York staff. While the team also initially signed offensive tackle Daniel Faalele, he was traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars in August. Harbaugh and the restructured Giants squad are set to open the 2026 season on Sunday, September 13, in a prime-time matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. The coaching staff overhaul also features familiar faces such as assistant head coach and special teams coordinator Chris Horton and senior offensive assistant Greg Roman.
