John Mateer leads Oklahoma football representatives at SEC Media Days

Oklahoma football will be represented by quarterback John Mateer, defensive end Taylor Wein, and offensive lineman Eddy Pierre-Louis at the SEC Media Days in Tampa from July 20-23. Coach Brent Venables joins the trio as they prepare for the upcoming season. Mateer had an impressive season last year, starting 12 games and achieving significant passing stats. Wein, an All-SEC Second Team selection, contributed on defense, while Pierre-Louis's selection was unexpected but highlights his potential. The Sooners are set to begin their season on September 4 against UTEP.
