Josh Adams starts for Cardiff against Ospreys in URC

Wales wing Josh Adams has been released from international camp to play for Cardiff against Ospreys in the United Rugby Championship at St Helen's. This decision allows Adams to gain game time before the upcoming Nations Championship. Adams recently returned from a hamstring injury, making brief appearances in prior matches. Meanwhile, Cardiff is missing several players from the Wales squad, and Ospreys have reported four absences. Notable is the return of Cardiff's Alun Lawrence, who will play his first game of the season.
