Josh Allen closes in on historic rushing milestones for QBs

Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills has established himself among the top rushing quarterbacks in NFL history. As of October 11, 2026, Allen ranks sixth all-time in rushing yards for a quarterback with 4,839. He trails only Lamar Jackson, Michael Vick, Cam Newton, and Russell Wilson, sitting less than 100 yards away from a spot in the top five. Allen leads all quarterbacks with 86 rushing touchdowns, maintaining a significant advantage over his closest competitor, Jalen Hurts, who has 64. Through the first four games of the 2026 season, he has seven rushing touchdowns, tied for the highest in the league. If he continues at his current pace, he could surpass Vick for second place in rushing yards by 2029.
