Entering Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season, injuries and team dynamics have complicated the fantasy football quarterback. Josh Allen remains a strong choice despite the Buffalo Bills' recent loss to the New England Patriots. He is still considered a top-tier option as the Bills prepare to face the Los Angeles Rams. Joe Burrow's performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars included 428 passing yards, but also two interceptions in a loss. Health concerns surrounding key receivers may affect his production against the Miami Dolphins. Dak Prescott has shown strong connections with CeeDee Lamb as the Dallas Cowboys get set to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Additionally, Jameis Winston's recent three-touchdown game highlights his potential upside, while Deshaun Watson continues to demonstrate his ability to contribute despite some turnovers.
