Detroit quarterback Joshua Dobbs has changed his jersey number to No. 6 after signing with the Lions earlier this week. In Detroit's first preseason game against the Bengals on August 10, Dobbs completed 4-of-8 passes for 32 yards and added nine rushing yards. The Lions lost the game 16-14 at Paycor Stadium. Dobbs previously wore No. 12 and has rejoined Detroit after being part of their practice squad since December 2022.
