Juan Carlos Ferrero hints at new coaching role as rumors swirl around Sinner

Summary

Juan Carlos Ferrero, former coach of Carlos Alcaraz, indicated in a recent interview that he plans to return to coaching in 2027 with an unnamed ATP player. Speculation suggests that this player could be world number one Jannik Sinner as he may seek to enhance his performance against Alcaraz. Ferrero ended his successful partnership with Alcaraz before the 2026 season after winning six Grand Slam titles together. Sinner's current coach, Darren Cahill, is expected to leave the team, leading to rumors about Ferrero stepping in.
