Juan Soto voted NL All-Star starter, Mets fall to Braves 14-3
Summary

Juan Soto has been named the starting left fielder for the National League All-Star team after receiving high fan support. This marks Soto's fifth All-Star selection and first as a member of the Mets. Meanwhile, the Mets suffered a significant loss to the Braves, going down 14-3, further complicating their season as they remain 17 games under.500. Interim manager Andy Green provided updates on rehabbing players, including Clay Holmes, who is expected to throw a bullpen session soon.
