Julia Kay signs with Life University; Tamret Savik joins Vandals

Julia Kay, a multi-sport athlete from Flathead High, signed a letter of intent to compete in flag football and wrestling at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She achieved notable success in state championships, including winning the 130-pound wrestling title multiple times. Tamret Savik, a standout jump specialist from Bigfork, has committed to the University of Idaho for track and field after setting a Class A record in the triple jump. He won two individual state championships during his high school career. Noah Hamilton-Dixon from Bigfork is set to run cross country at Valley City State University after finishing 23rd in the State A cross country meet in 2025. In golf, Gary Stephens recorded a hole-in-one at Whitefish Lake Golf Club this past June.
