Julian Alvarez has expressed frustration with Atletico Madrid for failing to facilitate a transfer to Barcelona. The Argentine striker was unable to meet with Coach Diego Simeone, who is currently away, and communicated to colleagues that they should not rely on him moving forward. Previously, Alvarez had hoped to resolve the situation through dialogue after receiving reassurances from Atletico about his exit this summer. He is expected to take a firmer stance once Simeone returns on Wednesday, when he aims to confront the coach about his transfer demands.
