Julian Fleming, former Ohio State wide receiver, received a sentence of 9 to 23 months in jail after pleading guilty to DUI and involuntary manslaughter related to an ATV crash in Pennsylvania that resulted in the death of his girlfriend, Alyssa Boyd. The incident occurred on May 23 when a deer caused Fleming to crash. Both he and Boyd were not wearing safety equipment. Boyd, 23, died at the scene, while Fleming was hospitalized with injuries. Following his release, Fleming will serve six months of probation. He transferred to Penn State after his time at Ohio State and was signed by the Green Bay Packers in 2025.
