Justin Barcia pulls out of SuperMotocross finale due to ankle injury

Justin Barcia will not compete in the SuperMotocross Playoffs finale at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, Missouri, due to an ongoing ankle injury. This decision marks the end of his time with the Troy Lee Designs Factory Ducati team. Barcia sustained the injury during the first moto last weekend and was unable to recover in time for the race. He has consistently performed well this season, securing one top-five and six top-10 finishes. Team Manager Josh Wisenor expressed gratitude for Barcia's contributions this year. Barcia's absence comes shortly after teammate Dylan Ferrandis announced his retirement from full-time racing.
