Kade Luker earns 2026 LSWA Mr. Baseball honors at Cedar Creek

Kade Luker, a rising senior from Cedar Creek School, was named LSWA Mr. Baseball following a standout season. The LSU commit had an impressive 10-1 record on the mound, a 1.04 ERA, and struck out 135 batters in 74 innings. He also recorded a.531 batting average with five home runs, 36 RBIs, 12 doubles, seven triples, and 28 stolen bases. Cedar Creek finished the season with a 27-7 record and reached the LHSAA Division III semifinals, where they lost 4-1 to Covenant Christian. This marks back-to-back years a Monroe-area player has won the Mr. Baseball award.
