Kansas City Chiefs host L'Jarius Sneed for potential reunion

Summary

The Kansas City Chiefs have hosted former cornerback L'Jarius Sneed this week, sparking speculation about a reunion. Sneed, who played a key role in the Chiefs' two Super Bowl titles, was traded to the Tennessee Titans after contract negotiations fell through. After struggling with injuries and performance in Tennessee, Sneed is now a free agent and could return to Kansas City to help rebuild the secondary after the trade of Trent McDuffie and the selection of a cornerback in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. His versatile playstyle and previous success with the Chiefs make him a candidate for re-signing.
