The Kansas City Chiefs adjusted their defensive roster one day after establishing their initial 53-man group. The team claimed defensive tackle Bryson Eason off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers and added linebacker Jack Pyburn to the active roster. This move follows the decision to place rookie defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
