Kaydan Whiteside visits FSU Seminoles for football recruitment

Three-star athlete Kaydan Whiteside is set to return to Tallahassee on October 3 to watch the Florida State Seminoles play against the Virginia Cavaliers. Whiteside, originally from North Carolina, received a scholarship offer from FSU in June after impressing coaches at a camp. His recruitment gained traction with 15 Power Four programs extending offers since that summer. In addition to FSU, Whiteside has planned visits to several other schools for the 2026 season, including Florida and South Carolina. He is currently ranked as the No. 738 player and No. 61 athlete in the 247Sports composite rankings.
