Kayla Osborne claims third Evansville Women's City Tournament title

Kayla Osborne secured her third Evansville Women's City Tournament victory on July 12 at Evansville Country Club. She finished with a two-day total of 141 (1-over), defeating defending champion Ashley Kirkland by two shots. Osborne held a two-shot lead heading into the final round and maintained her advantage despite a late charge from Kirkland. Her strong short game helped her card a 5-over par 75 in the final round. This win marks Osborne's first title in five years, and she credited support from her husband, who served as her caddy, for helping her overcome nerves during the competition.
