Kayshon Boutte indicates desire for trade from Patriots amid training camp

New England Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte has suggested he wants a trade, as reported on August 12, 2026. Despite not explicitly requesting one, comments regarding team interest in his performance during training camp raise questions about his commitment to the team. Boutte referenced the attention he receives from other teams, indicating his focus is on self-improvement and taking reps, even as he navigates his potential role for the upcoming season. The Patriots may reconsider their stance as he has the potential to be a significant contributor if incorporated more effectively into the offense.
