Keenan Allen will play in the Indianapolis Colts season opener

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen is active for the team's Week 1 game against the Baltimore Ravens. General manager Chris Ballard confirmed Allen's status for the matchup. His return to the lineup comes as the Colts look to establish their offensive rotation. The Indianapolis passing game currently centers on tight end Tyler Warren and a singular primary receiver. Allen's availability provides an additional option for the team as they begin their regular season schedule. His role remains a consideration for lineup planning given the concentrated nature of the Colts' current passing targets.
