Keisean Nixon defines the Green Bay Packers defensive identity as aggressive
Summary

Cornerback Keisean Nixon describes the Green Bay Packers defense as aggressive ahead of the 2026 NFL season. Defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon intends to utilize a scheme that emphasizes dictating action and empowering defensive backs to contest the ball. This approach aims to establish a physical and disruptive presence starting from the opening snap. The unit faces an immediate test against the Minnesota Vikings in an upcoming divisional matchup. Green Bay enters the season with a roster led by Xavier McKinney and Javon Hargrave, though edge rusher Micah Parsons remains sidelined during his recovery from an ACL injury.
