Kenny Pickett starts for Panthers in Hall of Fame Game
Summary

Kenny Pickett is set to start in the Hall of Fame Game for the Carolina Panthers on August 6, 2026. This marks a significant moment in his career, as he has struggled since being drafted, moving through multiple teams including the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles. Playing in this exhibition game is typically reserved for fringe players, raising questions about Pickett's job security and performance. He may face competition from Haynes King during the preseason, as the Panthers evaluate their quarterback situation ahead of the regular season.
