Kentucky adds UK Invests patch to football jerseys starting Saturday

Kentucky announced on Friday that the university's football team will wear a sponsored jersey patch from UK Invests beginning with the September 5 season opener against Youngstown State. The program joins several other institutions in adopting uniform advertising following an NCAA Division I Cabinet decision to allow such markings on apparel and equipment. UK athletics director J Batt stated the partnership aligns with the program's efforts to highlight student financial education initiatives.
