Kentucky loses four-star 2027 recruit Jaden Bayonne to Mississippi State

Defensive lineman Jaden Bayonne, a 6'4", 290-pound prospect from Louisiana, announced his commitment to Mississippi State on July 1, 2026. Kentucky was one of five schools in contention for Bayonne, who is rated four stars by 247Sports and ranks as the No. 55 defensive lineman nationally. Despite this setback, Kentucky has already secured commitments from other defensive linemen, including Malachi Brown and Griff Galloway, as they continue to build their 2027 recruiting class. The Wildcats will now turn their attention to other potential recruits.
