What they're saying

It was announced during this week’s episode of NXT television that a Tailgate and Watch Party will be held live outside the Performance Center this weekend for the Great American Bash premium live event scheduled for June 28 at that very venue. Busted Open Radio’s Dave LaGreca and none other than Kevin Owens will be on hand for it. Owens has been out of action for over a year now due to a serious neck injury that forced him to pull out of a scheduled match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41. There hasn’t been much word on his status in the meantime, though he did make clear where he is mentally late last month: I miss wrestling. — Kevin (@FightOwensFight) May 31, 2026 We certainly miss him in wrestling, what with WWE arguably as cold as they’ve been in some time. Owens has served as a coach on LFG but it’s simply not the same as having him as a regular presence on WWE television. An appearance leading up to an NXT show also isn’t the same but we’ll take what we can get, right? The Tailgate and Watch Party is scheduled to start at 6 pm ET this Sunday.
