Kieran Tuntivate and Rachael Rudel win titles at Faxon Law 20K race

Kieran Tuntivate and Rachael Rudel captured individual titles at the 49th Faxon Law New Haven Road Race held Monday in New Haven. Tuntivate finished the 20K course in 58 minutes, 3 seconds, narrowly outpacing runner-up Charles Hicks by three seconds. In the women's division, Rachael Rudel completed the race in 1:04:58, finishing ahead of second-place Elena Hayday. The event doubled as the official USA 20K men's and women's national championships, with Hicks and Rudel earning those national titles. The annual competition featured approximately 6,000 participants and offered a total prize purse of $40,000. Additionally, Jonathan Volpe and Angela Kaiser claimed victories in the event's 5K races.
