Kimi Antonelli among five drivers missing Hungarian GP first practice

Kimi Antonelli, the championship leader in Formula 1, will miss the first practice session of the Hungarian Grand Prix on Friday, July 24. He is among five drivers who will sit out as teams fulfill a requirement to run rookie drivers in practice sessions. Antonelli will be replaced by Mercedes reserve driver Frederik Vesti, who previously drove Antonelli's car in Barcelona. Other rookies participating include Oscar Piastri's replacement Leonardo Fornaroli at McLaren and Ryo Hirakawa at Haas.
