Kirk Cousins voices frustration over arm hits during practice

Kirk Cousins expressed frustration following practice on August 18, as defenders hit his arm during a joint workout with the Texans. This incident, reminiscent of an earlier skirmish with teammate Maxx Crosby, prompted Cousins to address the need to respect the red jersey rule that signals no contact for quarterbacks. He noted the potential for injury, referencing past experiences that could derail a season. As the Raiders evaluate their roster, Cousins' remarks highlight ongoing concerns around quarterback protections during practice.
