Klay Thompson trade talks heat up as LeBron James signs with 76ers
Summary

Klay Thompson of the Dallas Mavericks remains a prominent candidate for trade as teams adjust after LeBron James signed a two-year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Mavericks are expected to pursue a first-round pick for Thompson, who is entering the final year of his contract after posting career lows last season. The Miami Heat and Golden State Warriors are potential landing spots, though trade complexities exist, particularly for Miami post-Giannis Antetokounmpo acquisition. Thompson indicated a desire to finish his career with the Warriors, while Dallas is in a rebuilding phase under new management.
