Knicks bid farewell to Jeremy Sochan after Portland signing

Summary

The New York Knicks thanked Jeremy Sochan following his signing with the Portland Trail Blazers on August 2. Sochan, who joined the Knicks in February, had limited success, averaging 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in 16 regular-season games. His departure could impact the Knicks’ depth as they assemble their roster for a title defense, particularly in small-ball lineup options. The Trail Blazers are set to offer Sochan a chance for significant playing time, depending on his performance in training camp.
