Kobie Turner ranks ninth among NFL interior defenders for 2026

Kobie Turner of the Los Angeles Rams has been ranked No. 9 among interior defensive linemen by Pro Football Focus for the upcoming 2026 season. Since joining the NFL in 2023, Turner has made a name for himself as a consistent player, showing significant improvement in pass-rushing and run defense. Over the past three seasons, he has steadily increased his pressures, recording a career-high pass-rush grade of 83.9 last year. Despite this recognition, he did not make the top 10 in a separate ESPN survey of NFL coaches and executives. Another Rams lineman, Poona Ford, also appears in the PFF rankings at No. 16, contributing to the team's strong interior defensive line.
