Kody Huff hits twentieth home run as Columbus falls to Louisville

Kody Huff recorded his 20th home run of the season while playing third base during a 4-3 loss for the Columbus Clippers against Louisville. Teammates Cooper Ingle and Kahlil Watson each contributed two hits in the effort. On the mound, Ben Lively allowed one run over four and two-thirds innings, while Steven Perez provided two and one-third scoreless innings of relief. In a separate contest, the Akron Rubber Ducks fell to the Curve 3-0 despite fielding a lineup featuring several top prospects. Braylon Doughty allowed three runs over five and one-third innings in his penultimate start of the season. Doughty is currently scheduled to make his final start of the season this Sunday.
