Kyler Murray makes his Vikings debut against the Packers this Sunday

Kyler Murray enters his first season with the Vikings as the team's starting quarterback. The 29-year-old will make his debut this Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium during a division rivalry game against the Packers. After seven seasons with the Cardinals, Murray joins a Vikings offense led by head coach Kevin O'Connell. The quarterback plans to operate within the established system while distributing the ball to receivers including Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and Jauan Jennings. The team also expects contributions from tight end T.J. Hockenson and running backs Jordan Mason and Aaron Jones. Murray has not played in a competitive game since October.
