Lakers announce schedule for Emirates NBA Cup group play

The Los Angeles Lakers will begin their Emirates NBA Cup journey with a game against the Golden State Warriors on October 30. They will host the Portland Trail Blazers a week later, followed by a matchup against the Sacramento Kings on November 20. The Lakers will then travel to face the San Antonio Spurs on November 27. This year's competition will feature 30 teams, with knockout rounds starting December 4 and concluding with the finals at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on December 11. The Lakers previously won the inaugural NBA Cup in 2023.
