Lakers inquire about Thunder's Luguentz Dort amid roster adjustments

The Los Angeles Lakers have contacted the Oklahoma City Thunder regarding Luguentz Dort's availability. As the Lakers look to strengthen their roster, they appear focused on acquiring an athletic two-way wing. With the Thunder's roster situation necessitating potential trades due to salary cap considerations, Dort, who has a team option for $17.2 million, could be a viable target. His defensive skills and experience as a scorer might address the Lakers' need for additional shooting options, though his recent 3-point shooting percentage raises questions. No deal has yet been finalized.
