The Minnesota Timberwolves sent Randle and a draft pick to the Brooklyn Nets, while Claxton moves to Chicago. Claxton averaged 11.7 points and 6.9 rebounds for the Nets last season. With Claxton off the market, the Lakers will need to pursue other options to bolster their frontcourt.
